Dover Spitfires are an ambitious Speedway team competing in Division 2 of the
S-League (Sovereign Edition), the World's premier play-by-mail Speedway league.

Dover are now in their fifth season of racing at the White Cliffs Stadium, a purpose built speedway facility on the outskirts of Britain's premier channel port.

The club have been fortunate to enjoy the sponsorship of a growing number of local businesses led by race jacket sponsors UK Ports. This support has helped the team to build strong foundations and after a first taste of top flight racing last season, the Spitfires are keen to bounce back to the top level.

During the winter break Dover have strengthened their squad with the addition of Polish star Wieslaw Kucek and Londoner John Harie. They join World number 4 Thomas Rafn, Alexander Taikov, Vance Pitt, Neil Charley and Kevin Payne in the starting line up for the new campaign.
